Winter 2019 – 9am to Noon – Kirkland, Washington – Calling & Purpose: Getting Intentional about Where you are Going and Why. How many of us would benefit from a moment to think more intentionally about where we are going and why, long before we started checking boxes or taking steps forward without clarity about which step we should be taking. And, how many leaders or teams around us would benefit from a more intentional purpose behind the next strategic move? Based on years of research on calling and purpose with leaders, this workshop will provide tools that bring intention to everything from goals setting to career transitions. And, it will provide engaging ways to bring personal meaning, calling, and service alongside our work in business and not-for-profits.
