PROGRAM OVERVIEW

The WiLD Job Transitions Program includes four half-day experiential intensives with online tools and expert transitions advice that provide the best of what face-to-face programs offer in a flexible, virtual environment.

Offered as four half-day modules virtually, the WiLD Job Transitions Program participants also receive a Certificate in Whole Leader Development from WiLD Leaders.

Participants define their purpose and increase clarity around who they are and where they are going. They create a personalized transitions game plan that will save them time, multiply their search efforts and help them manage their life alongside their transition.

MODULE 2: DEFINING YOUR VALUE

Participants take inventory of their defining experiences and key skills and identify how to position themselves for what’s next. They learn how to define their brand and build their portfolio of promotional materials and collateral – getting themselves ready to hit the market.

Participants identify their strategic network of support, the people who can open doors, support them through their transition, and get them where they want to be. They develop a go-to-market promotional plan and learn how to fill their calendar with interviews through the right connections to recruiters and hiring managers.
