A two-time TEDx speaker and sought-after global voice on trust and whole-leader development, he combines decades of research with deep practitioner experience. As founder of WiLD Leaders, Inc., he equips organizations worldwide to shift from fragmented leadership to integrated, trust-centered transformation and sustainable performance.
Rob and his wife Jackie have two sons and live in Kirkland Washington.

Chief Commercial Officer
Dr. Daniel Hallak is an organizational psychologist who focuses on making psychology and organizational science practical and accessible for leaders in the real world. A TEDx speaker featured in Forbes and Psychology Today, Daniel is recognized for his work developing leaders, strengthening relationships, and helping people live and work with intention. He brings a thoughtful and practical perspective to helping leaders grow both personally and professionally. His forthcoming book, The Trust Circle, will be published with Wiley in July 2026. Daniel lives in Walla Walla, Washington with his wife, Kristin, and their three children.

Strategic Development Architect
Chris has a deep passion for empowering leaders to create environments where they and their people can learn, grow, and realize their full potential. With over three decades at Microsoft leading teams and working with leaders across the globe, his experience, passion, and insights from research and data on high performing leaders gives him a unique perspective to contribute to the WiLD mission. As Strategic Development Architect Chris works with leaders and organizations to design and integrate leadership development into their daily rhythms resulting in increased trust to drive business results.
Chris lives in Redmond, Washington with his wife, Kristina, and they have two adult children.

Executive Communications Lead
As Executive Communications Lead, Sabeth partners closely with the Executive Team to strengthen and extend the voice of WiLD Leaders. She integrates strategic relationship management with operational execution to elevate thought leadership, expand external influence, and support content and brand development. She serves as a bridge-builder and steward of trust—amplifying voices and advancing a more authentic, lived expression of leadership. As someone who has run a small business herself, she understands the context of business leaders and the pressure they face to drive results and lead with the heart.
She lives on the Big Island of Hawaii with her husband William and their four kids. And, she is a wanna-be runner.
