Building Your Personal Board of Advisors

Leading is a high-stakes endeavor. Unfortunately, leaders often lack the relational support they need to stand strong, thrive, serve, and sacrifice when needed. Leadership can be lonely, but leaders shouldn’t be. In this practical session, we will focus on how you can develop your strategic network of support and become more intentional with the people you are passionate about developing leaders and transforming the way we see the people in our organizations.

Habits + Goals

What is the most important goal for you as a leader? Habits and Goals work, but we often forget to start with intent and purpose. If we want goals to motivate and habits to stick, let’s wait on technique and start with intent and purpose. Documenting it increases that you’ll do it. If you are looking to help someone else create habits and goals, it’s about getting to the love.

Innovating Through Others

What would change if you were creatively stimulated to think in novel, innovative ways by people who see the world differently than you? If anything in your work requires you to generate novel, creative solutions, or drive innovation then one of your developmental advantages is a cadre of people who challenge your biases, stretch your cognitive flexibility, and push you to think in new and divergent ways.
