Former Microsoft Director of Learning and Insights Joins WiLD Leaders

Kirkland, Washington – June 3, 2024

WiLD Leaders Inc. welcomes Chris Shaffer, former Director of Learning and Insights at Microsoft, to the WiLD team. “Chris has been a leader in creating strong learning cultures focused on the individual” said Dr. Rob McKenna, CEO of WiLD Leaders. “His core strength is seeing the individual within a system and connecting them to a larger purpose.”

Chris is bringing his ability to create a deep understanding of organizational needs in order to integrate the WiLD Trust Platform into the moments that matter to the people, processes, and tools they use. He also will leverage data insights from the WiLD Trust Index and Toolkit to create alignment between people, their teams, and their organization.
