The WiLD Experience Intensive is a two-day, live + virtual + interactive program that develops your leadership capacity through the WiLD Trust Platform™, and to give you all you need to implement this platform in your team, organization, or practice as a certified facilitator. You will use the WiLD Trust Index, WiLD Toolkit, our series of self-assessments, and be trained by WiLD Master coaches. It combines practical application with research, rigor and personal depth.

*This 2-day experience is approved for 13 SHRM Recertification Credits
