WiLD Strategic Affiliates are individuals and organizations who provide the WiLD Toolkit, our system for whole and intentional leader development, to individuals, teams, and organizations.

    Strategic Affiliates will learn with and from the WiLD community through regular learning opportunities for encouragement and support, including a 4 day training for new Strategic Affiliates.

    You can also leverage the wisdom and expertise of the network by engaging with other Strategic Affiliates on projects where you need diverse expertise or additional team capacity.

    Thoughtful onboarding is provided for Strategic Affiliates through our 4 day training, to apply cutting edge psychological science while increasing their effectiveness through our tools.

    Onboarding also includes access to a private portal with a robust playbook, support materials, and marketing materials you need to use and sell the WiLD Toolkit.

    For additional training and development, our WiLD Certification Process provides ongoing opportunities for education and development to perfect your leadership development skills.

CAPACITY

I have an existing network of leader development/coaching business with individuals, teams, and/or organizations who would be interested in a next level, whole and intentional leader development process. I am looking for the “next” and ready to go deeper with existing clients.

ABILITY

I have the expertise and relationships to both sell and deliver the WiLD Toolkit and the WiLD process.

ALIGNMENT

I align with the WiLD Leaders mission for developing courageous and sacrificial leaders and the whole and intentional leader development process and programs that WiLD Leaders offers.

NEED

I need a whole and intentional leader development platform to springboard and elevate my executive coaching, team development or organizational development. I’m looking to scale my time and revenue. A gap in my current services is a rigorous, research-based system that I can sell and deliver.
