The WiLD Trust Index survey collects data on employee perception of trust within their organization.
The personal data collected is for identification purposes while the survey is live, and for segmentation purposes during analysis for the organization and/or a broader long-term benchmarking study.

Name and Email: To enable segmentation for the organization by role/department/etc. if requested. Also to ensure no duplicate responses by the same individual.
Age and Gender: For research purposes in segmenting by these categories.
