Your organization is participating in the WiLD Trust Index, a survey designed for your organization to understand different levels of trust as it applies to you and your team.
CONFIDENTIALITY: All personal results are completely confidential and will not be reported back to your organization. Personal demographic data will help to analyze and segment results across groups. Read more about our commitment to your privacy.
RESULTS: Results will be presented to your organization to reveal averages of personal trust scores, team trust scores, and organizational trust scores for your organization. There will also be comparisons to other organizations, as well as recommendations for creating a culture where trust and development are invested in and valued.
